1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OddsGuy website, application, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by AGI Edge, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online sports betting information is restricted or prohibited, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Description of Service

OddsGuy is an information and entertainment platform that provides sports betting analysis, odds comparison, and related content. OddsGuy does not accept, place, or facilitate real money wagers. We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator. All content, odds, picks, and analysis on the Service are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

The Service may include links to third-party sportsbooks. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party sportsbooks.

4. No Gambling Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. All picks, analysis, odds comparisons, and performance data are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying data, algorithms, or methodologies of the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, data, analysis, algorithms, software, design, and branding — are owned by AGI Edge, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) any odds, picks, analysis, or data will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) any results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (d) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGI EDGE, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGI Edge, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@oddsguy.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Claims that qualify for small claims court may be brought there instead.

12. Affiliate Relationships

OddsGuy may earn commissions from sportsbook operators when users click affiliate links or create accounts through our referrals. These commissions come from the sportsbook operators, not from you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our analysis or picks.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
